Fresh Mozzarella Cheesemaking matched with a Wine Tasting
Let's make some fresh mozzarella cheese. Katrina from LedgeStone will be guiding you through this fun and hands on course of making fresh mozzarella cheese. It wouldn't be a true cheese course at a winery without the addition of a wine tasting. This is what Tuesday's are about - cheese, wine and a good time.
Gather: April 10th (Tuesday) 6:00pm
Trade: $35 for the cheese and wine experience
Enjoy: 5 tasting pours of different wines (or a single glass if you choose), hands on instruction and recipes for take home. Supplies and wine will be available for purchase after the course.
