It's time for a little grill session and what better way to dust off the skills than with a class at LedgeStone Vineyard.
We welcome Tim's Full Belli Deli to the vineyard to teach us how to get a little creative on the grill. Summer time just screams the need to fire up the gas or light up the charcoal but how do we get away from the everyday burger and brats? This course challenges you to get a bit further into cooking and learn a thing or two about throwin' a shrimp on the barbie.
Tim competes in BBQ competitions around the Nation and has ranked at competitions such as Jim Beans Classic and Door County's Death Door Barbeque. This guy is a great instructor and gives us hope that anyone can learn how to make a meal through barbeque.
