Bread Making Workshop at LedgeStone Vineyards

What's better than fresh bread...? That's right- WINE! Can you even imagine if we combined both worlds for a lovely hands-on class?!
Bridgett from 416 and Katrina from LedgeStone Vineyards are teaming up and kneading out a how-to make bread course, focused on focaccia styled bread. Get hands on & make your own focaccia that you'll take home, ready to bake. You'll get written baking instructions to remind yourself what we went through in the class and step by step for when you get home We'll learn the proper kneading technique and have a discussion on why yeast is a magical beast! While your bread rises, Bridgett will demo the perfect the antipasto tray and you'll learn a bit about olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Of course, the class will enjoy fresh focaccia and the antipasto tray.
Included: Instruction, directions, light bites, 1 glass of wine and a take home, ready to bake loaf.
