Cooking Class with 416 Cuisine at LedgeStone Vineyards

Spring lends itself to lighter recipes and for this cooking class we'll dive into fresh flavors and healthier meals!
Join Bridgett of 416 at LedgeStone Vineyards to learn how to make a satisfying meal bursting with those Spring flavors. Bridgett will demo the menu and provide tips and tricks and of course, the class will enjoy the food.
Menu: • chickpea chopped salad with a citrus vinaigrette • lemon almond chicken salad served with apple slices, English cucumbers, and whole grain crackers; • chocolate ganache with fresh fruit.
Included: glass of wine, food from the evenings menu & printed recipes so they can recreate the flavors at home.
