About the Artist:

Feed the Dog is a high energy performance are driven by the unique and progressive approach of each player: imaginative melodies with graceful ambiance skillfully crafted on the violin, tireless beats both dynamic and soulful confidently assembled on the drums, driving low end with finesse and intention forged on the bass guitar, and an eclectic and unique approach to playing the acoustic guitar blending nimble Kottke-like finger picking with the strength of blues and rock to evoke an emotional contrast between melancholy and hopeful.

The action-packed band started in July of 2015 and has been relentless playing festivals, theaters, and clubs alongside regional and national touring acts. Freshmen album “Sheep” out now. Sophomore album “Tenderloin” recorded at Hyde Street Studios in SF, CA March 2018, released August of 2018. – Guitar/Vocals: Jon Miller – Fiddle/Vocals: Tim McIlree – Drums/Percussion: Erik Juvonen – Bass: Darian Wolle

Buffalo Galaxy: Dust from the years of performing with many groups and musical styles has coalesced to form Buffalo Galaxy.

Each member brings with them a tradition of Bluegrass and American music as their bedrock. Buffalo Galaxy embarks to explore deep space with lightspeed bluegrass.

The gravity of their songwriting pulls at our humanity, while time becomes relative when improvisations and jams atomize, allowing the listener to float weightless in musical space.

Bringing a mass of energy that only time can accumulate, Buffalo Galaxy burns bright in the bluegrass universe!
