I want my dishware to be the canvas backdrop, making a crafted dinner event even more rich with detail and purpose.

Our table offers meals crafted from local ingredients  in our from-scratch kitchen where we create both classic and adventurous dishes. As we source ingredients, preserve foods, create unique vegetable dishes, bake breads, smoke meats…… we are working from nature’s inventory using methods passed down through generations.

The LSV vision in wine is simple; quality wine with a story. Each glass of wine opens a look into a wine makers passion and efforts on crafting something to be shared with everyone. Our drive brings us to explore and promote the grapes grown here in Wisconsin – we aim to stretch the limits of these grape varieties into classic styles of dry, complex and diverse flavors.
