March 21st Saturday • LIVE MUSIC with the only, Rob Anthony | 6:00pm-8:30pm

Gather: March 21st, 2020
Tunes: 6:00pm – 8:30pm

Rob Anthony has a gentle soul and sings his heart out with indoors shows at LSV. We turn down the lights and bring out the wine for a little solo, inside show with Mr. Anthony. We’re booking Rob on a Saturday this month as the days get longer and we get closer to summer.

Celebrate the spring equinox (Yes, SPRING!) — well it technically was on Thursday but here in Wisco, we extend celebrations as much as possible. Chances are, snow will be on the ground but on the brighter side – our Red Wines will be pouring fantastically.

LedgeStone Vineyards: Open at 12pm – extended hours to 9:00pm. Food service from 12-7pm.

Gather, for music is the common connector for all spirits, as wine is the connector for all souls.

March 12th • Wine Down with Girl & The GUNN

Gather: GIRL & The GUNN
Show Starts: 6:00pm

GIRL & THE GUNN
Admission is free. Wine by the glass and select brews will be available for purchase.

March 12th starting at 6:30pm, we welcome seriously two of my favorite souls; Kurt Gunn & Amanda James of, ‘Gunn & the Girl’. The two have been playing music together for a decade but also rock out on their own. You’ve heard Kurt Gunns album, Long Drive to Nowhere on the radio station 91.1 and he was also nominated for Singer/Song Writer of the Year. The talent, the soul, the laughs, the mustache –  all solid reasons to come out and jam out.

Gather: March 12th, music plays 6:30-9:00pm. LSV is open 3p – 9pm for wine, 10pm for brews.

Beverages: LSV will have wine, beer and non-alcohol drinks available.

Food: Mac & Cheese + Pints night plus our full menu of flatbreads, cheese plates and bites.

Friday February 28th run down to LSV for one of our favorite acts; CHRISTOPHER GOLD. Christopher is true, talented and a bit witty on stage. Join us for a great evening in the LedgeStone Tasting Room.

TradeFREE show, but reservations are welcome.

Gather: February 28th. Music begins at 6:30pm and plays until 8:30pm. LSV is open from 3pm – 9pm with our Flatbread Friday specials ($2 off all flatbreads) and additional menu items available. Ledgestone is home to our micro winery and the nano brewery, Gnarly Cedar Brewing.

Let’s get back together for another musical session in the tasting room. This tasting room tunes we welcome Christopher Gold to the winery. Chris is a KY gent but now calls the great state of Wisco home. His passion for creating original music and his versatility in genre of music is what caught our attention. Looking forward to Gold carrying away the evening with his tunes.

Snowshoe by Moonlight… or something like that

February 8th and March 9th

2/7 Update: Saturday from 12-5pm  and Sunday 12-3pm you are welcome to come take a walk about the property or out to the ledge. Snowshoes are NOT available for rental. You should be good with a solid pair of winter boots or spikes if you have them. We will have the bon fire going and mulled wine in the pot 🙂

2/5 Update: Well, it looks like once again we don’t quite have enough snow to do a formal snowshoe event. Plus, the moon will be hiding behind a cloudy evening – making it a wee bit dark in our part of farm country. We will not be hosting the snowshoe event in February. Our target is to have a larger, day time event on March 14th! Please check back as we get a better forecast into the future weather system.

*If you would like to come with your winter boots and walk the property on Saturday, you are more than welcome to! Check in with the bar and we can give you an idea of where to roam.

It’s something special to have an evening filled with moonlight in the country. Now, this event will need to have a few moving pieces in place: Clear skis and well, snow. We’ll handle all that we can including (some) snowshoe rentals, a groomed trail – classic, camp fires, mulled wine and food options. The plan is to meet at the vineyard at a time that makes sense (ie: after working hours if it’s on a weekday) and gather as a group as we walk together through the trail.

Option 1: Meet the group and take the 3 mile trek from LSV, through the farm fields, to The Ledge and back to LSV.

Option 2: Self guided. Trek through the vineyard and stick closer to the building. There will be light points and a map for you to follow. Come and go as you please, paths can range from 500 ft to a mile.

——- More information will come as we figure out what winter gives us. We’ll release this event on Facebook in late December. Please try to follow the FB page or ring the vineyard close to the full moon. If the evening before/after calls for better weather, we’ll adjust. ———–
