Pinot Noir 2021 LedgeStone Vineyards
This Pinot is from Sonoma a little more inland so you guessed it – its a little bigger in ABV, mouthfeel and fruit. But it’s darn crushable. This red was 100% oaked but only about 30% of the wine saw new oak, giving it a touch of vanilla and toasted characteristics. The first Pinot Noir that we’ve made at LSV and we’re amazed that the style matches the sense of place to a T.
